If you are a new researcher or you just started your PhD, don’t hesitate to enroll into this course on Coursera. I highly recommend it! It will help you to understand the importance of Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis of clinical trials and you’ll be able to start your own research and to perform your meta-analyses.

A Systematic Review can it be considered a study of multiple studies. Sounds great. Isn’t it? It attempts to gather all existing evidences connected to a specific topic — based on your guidance — in order to answer a specific research question. You will create the criteria(s) for deciding on which evidence is included or excluded before starting the systematic review. This research methodology helps reduce risks of bias and makes its findings more reliable.
